Our last Celeb Club meeting was reserved for FACC members who were eligible for Celebs Club. We learned more about wines from Provence and the Rhone Valley with a presentation by Douglas Skopp, owner of Dionysus Imports. We enjoyed 10 different wines, 4 different olive oils, and amazing pissaladieres prepared by Chef Emmanuel Henry and other French produce samples from Central Market.
